REFUND POLICY

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited.

1) 14-day refund window (limited)

We offer a 14-day refund window only if all of the following are true:

• Your request is made within 14 days of purchase, and
• You have accessed less than 20% of the course content, and
• No significant downloadable files have been downloaded/used in a way that makes the product non-returnable, and
• The order is not flagged for fraud/abuse.

If substantial content has been accessed, we generally cannot provide a refund.

2) How to request a refund

• Order number
• Email used at checkout
• Reason (optional)

3) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, access may be suspended and we may restrict future purchases.
